I have this picture as my desktop background right now and it makes me so happy! I love tulips and I look forward to them every year.
This year, along with the joy they bring, comes a pang of longing. I always bought Granny tulips and we'd get excited about all the flowers we would see poking their heads out this time of year! I even teared up in the produce dept. the other day when I saw their array of tulips, daffodils and hyacinths!
Grieving can be so random sometimes and hit at very unexpected moments! Love you...still...Granny!
